Charles is the Head of the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team with over 17 years of experience in the field of EHS. He is a specialist in hazardous materials and Asbestos management, and over the years has gained extensive experience and accumulated numerous industry related professional qualifications.
Charles was the first ever Asbestos Supervising Consultant (ASC) registered with the Occupational Health and Safety Abu Dhabi (OSHAD) registration scheme, and is the longest standing ASC to hold the grade ‘A’ rating as an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Technical Specialist.
Working closely with various Middle Eastern regulatory bodies Charles has assisted Clients to meet their various legislative requirements, and has even consulted on the content and implementation of the Abu Dhabi Asbestos management legislation and Codes of Practice (CoP).
Charles has worked in a diverse range of onshore and offshore environments, and provided bespoke Asbestos and hazardous waste consultancy services tailored to projects in such sectors as heavy industry, oil and gas, governmental, healthcare, educational, residential and commercial. Based in the Middle East, Charles has completed hazardous materials management projects in all of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, Africa and Central Asia.

Richard Wiles – Senior Environmental Consultant
Richard is a versatile and highly motivated environmental consultant with over 9 years’ experience in the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) industry. Specialising in Asbestos Management, Richard has led a number of projects across the UK, Middle East and Central Asia.
He has gained experience in health & safety, site management, environmental impacts, quality control, auditing, and holds a broad knowledge of managing hazardous materials. Richard has proven success in delivering safe site management protocols, environmental compliance, QMS and EMS systems, site surveys and worked closely with well-established clients on providing Asbestos management and Asbestos training.
Richard has helped raise Asbestos awareness in the local region, with written publications and contributions to articles in national construction magazines and newspapers. He continues to apply his industry understanding in advising his clients in safe practices and training.
His Asbestos consultancy services have been implemented delivering projects in a wide range of industries, such as energy, governmental, healthcare, oil and gas, industrial, educational, residential, commercial and transport.
Ryan Jones – Asbestos Consultant
Ryan is an Asbestos Consultant with 4 years of experience within the Asbestos industry. He is a specialist in Asbestos management and removal with P402, P403 and P404 BOHS qualifications.
Ryan has worked on Asbestos removal/management projects within industrial, commercial, healthcare and domestic properties across the United Kingdom. He has most recently conducted Asbestos remediation management at Nurek Hydroelectric Power plant in Tajikistan and Shamb Hydroelectric Power plant in Armenia.
Ryan has worked within the Asbestos industry conducting removal supervision/validation and issuing certificates of re-occupation, following and adhering to health and safety guidelines and all legislative requirements of UK standards of practice. He has moved to the Middle East in 2019 to conduct the role of Asbestos consultant.
